Job Summary
The Regional Specialized Product Sales Consultant is responsible for growing and supporting all the Toyota Heavy Duty Forklifts, TICO Pro-Spotter Terminal Tractors, andCombiLift/Aislemasterproducts while expanding the customer base through business execution plans, including targeting prospects and exceeding annual goals. The Regional Specialized Product SalesConsultant willbuild long-lasting relationships with customers by exploring their needs and expectations, providing specific measurable goals, and achieving results within a customer's expected timeframe.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert for Specialized Products Equipment such as Toyota Heavy Duty (THD), TICO Pro-SpotterTerminalTractors,andCombiLift/AisleMasterproducts to support territory sales associates with prospecting, site surveys, quoting, demos and deliveries.
- Partner with local aftermarket consultant to support and grow the specialty products customer base
- Maintain and where applicable growProLifts' parts,serviceand rental sales volume within specified major accounts
- Develop and execute strategic selling plans for each major specialty products accounts includingcoordinationandcommunication with all affected ProLift personnel
- Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values,missionand purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers',vendors'and associates' "Indispensable Partner".
Educational/Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, five or more years of sales experience incommercial fleet sales and/or material handling, a history of success with solutions selling at large accounts and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Regional Specialized Products Sales Consultant communicates to customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with a particular emphasis on listening skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
