Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior AI Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Cloud Computing. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions, chatbot applications, and cloud-based services using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The role requires experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Image Processing, Cloud Infrastructure, Microservices, API Development, and Agile Methodologies. Candidates must have hands-on expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript, Angular/React, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
- Build and integrate Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions using SpaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face.
- Implement OCR and image processing using Tesseract, Google Vision API, AWS Textract.
- Design and develop chatbot solutions using Dialogflow ES/CX, Google Assistant SDK, and other Google Cloud chatbot tools.
- Architect and implement microservices to support AI-powered applications.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and webhooks for system integrations.
- Work with SQL, R, and Pandas for data analysis, processing, and storage.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI/ML deployments and cloud-based application management.
- Develop web applications using Angular/React JS, JavaScript, and Java.
- Implement and manage JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment and workflow solutions.
- Follow CMM/CMMI Level 3 development practices and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile development, including test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.
- 5 years in NLP tools: SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face.
- 5 years in OCR/image processing tools: Tesseract, Google Vision API, AWS Textract.
- 5 years in chatbot development: Dialogflow ES/CX, Google Assistant SDK, or other Google Cloud chatbot tools.
- 5 years in RESTful APIs and webhook integration.
- 5 years in data analytics: SQL, R, Pandas.
- 5 years in cloud computing (GCP preferred) and software development.
- 5 years in Python, Java, JavaScript, and Angular/React JS.
- 5 years designing and building Google Cloud solutions.

Work Location & Schedule:
- Hybrid Model – 2 days on-site, 3 days remote.
- Candidates must be local to Lansing, MI, within a 1.5-hour commuting distance.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
