The Manager FP&A Systems will play a crucial role within the Anaplan Center of Excellence, Corporate FP&A, and Performance Analytics teams. This role is responsible for supporting, administering, and maintaining our connected planning and reporting solutions. The aim is to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance the accuracy of financial forecasting processes, reporting, and analytics across
- Anaplan Model Development & Maintenance: Enhance model functionality, optimize performance, and incorporate new features.
- Financial Planning Support: Collaborate with FP&A teams for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning.
- Process Improvement: Streamline Anaplan workflows and overall FP&A analytics.
- Data Integration & Security: Monitor data flows, ensure accuracy, and manage security controls.
- Power BI Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards for COE administration and reporting.
- End-User Support & Training: Troubleshoot issues, manage defect resolution, and lead training sessions.
Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiables)
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
Experience:
- 5 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) OR
- 3 years working with enterprise planning solutions (Anaplan, OneStream, SAP, Hyperion) & data integrations.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities in financial systems development, support, reporting, and automation.
- Communication: Ability to convey complex financial and technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Anaplan Model Building Certification (Level 1 & 2) preferred.
- Advanced Excel & Power BI proficiency for financial modeling and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
