Description
- IT Support for all technical requests that start at Woven. Assist with New Hires, Terminations, and Asset management.
- Proactive Refresh of hardware.
- Triage of incoming issues for immediate resolution, or urgency for escalation. We are looking for someone to be the front of our IT walk-in experience and provide a consistent intake for these events.
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and learning new skills that can grow in this role over time to a high level of first resolution.
