Job Title : Numerical Control Programmer 3
Location : Chandler, AZ (On-Site)
Contract Duration : 12 months (possible extension)
Overtime : Up to 10 hours / month
Overview :
We are seeking a skilled NC Programmer to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines (3 / 5-axis mills, multi-axis lathes), as well as mentoring less-experienced operators. You will develop machining programs, improve processes, and ensure quality production while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities :
- Program and operate multi-axis lathes and mills (Mori-Seiki, Haas).
- Analyze engineering drawings, select cutting tools, and test / modify programs.
- Mentor and train less-experienced team members in CNC programming and operations.
- Collaborate effectively and provide constructive feedback to improve processes.
