PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking HVAC / Test Engineer for one of our top Client for Location : Richmond, VA
Job Description :
Hands on experience in the build and Testing of Refrigeration system
Refrigeration system balancing and charge balancing
In depth knowledge in the system design of refrigeration / HVAC system
Hands on experience in building the refrigeration system which include
o Tube bending and brazing
o Component integration
o Experience in working with Hydrocarbon refrigeration system & refrigerant
o Compressor vacuuming charging
o Energy consumption testing at various system conditions
Hands on experience in handling environmental chambers
Basic hands-on skills in electrical system setup and wiring considering safety standards
Understanding the refrigeration parameters (temperature and pressure requirements at various conditions
Test setup preparation : Preparing Thermocouple and calibration, setup of flow meters, pressure transducers as applicable
Instruments handling : Hands on experience in handling DAQ. Connections to the test setup based on the test procedure
Report creation : Gather test data, analyze test data and draw conclusions
