Attention Service Managers!
Prolink is partnered with a well established, reputable and long term company in the heavy equipment and machinery industry that is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Service Manager to join their Jackson, TN team.
PAY :
- 85,000 to $100,000 (Salary)
- Bonuses for certain KPI Metrics
SHIFT / HOURS :
1st Shift : 7 : 00a – 5 : 00pDaily OT as neededMust be willing to be on call, work some weekends, and have flexibility for hours.Regional travel required a region / specified territory.ENVIRONMENT :
Office, Machine Shop, and Retail floor.Great Company culture and Fantastic caring management.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5 or more years of experience : '
Bachelor’s Degree in Business , Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.Management experience in implementing and utilizing 5S principles in a multi-location environment.Proven ability to manage Profit and Loss (P&L) : Analyze financial statements, oversee budgets, optimize costs, assess ROI, and make strategic financial decisions to drive business growth.Experience with Service Operations, Parts Distribution, and Sales in a heavy equipment or similar industry.Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage KPIs to improve operational performance and team productivity.Strong mechanical maintenance background with hands-on experience in repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, diesel engines, turbines, locomotives, etc.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Willing to be on call.Have schedule flexibility for OT and occasional weekends .Must be willing to do moderate travel within a region / specified territory.Current, valid driver’s license issued by the resident State .Must maintain current motor vehicle liability insurance.Able to life up to 20-50 pounds occasionally.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee equipment service, parts, and product support operations for the branch.Work across office, retail, and machine shop environments.Foster a collaborative team culture focused on employees and customer satisfaction.Lead and support strategic initiatives to drive branch growth and market expansion.Ensure each branch maintains proper staffing, scheduling, resources, and customer support .Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, and dealerships to optimize profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction .Manage budgeting, business planning, and fleet operations , including deployment and end-of-service disposal.Develop management succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.Assess training needs and oversee employee development programs .Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns.Keep management informed to support effective problem resolution .Uphold company and product confidentiality.Actively participate in meetings, training, and company initiatives.WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
