Join our growing team as a Bottling Operator for a well-established manufacturing partner in Florence, KY! We’re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for quality and teamwork.
What You’ll Do :
Set up and operate production equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
Supervise assigned personnel to blend, fill, secure, and label containers according to company and customer specifications.
Verify finished goods against production orders and record necessary data.
Make adjustments to equipment as needed for smooth operations.
Read and interpret production orders and instructions to ensure accurate processes.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : 2 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in bottling operations / machine operation.
Communication Skills : Strong English skills for spoken communication and reading comprehension.
Knowledge : Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
Certifications : Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
Mindset : A reliable team player who follows instructions and thrives in a structured environment.
