What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Welding Inspector position at Prolink?
Certified Welding Inspector - CWI
Civil Engineering Firm in need of a Certified Welding Inspector with the following experience and certifications including:
- AWS-CWI
- NDT experience and certifications and use of NDT equipment
- Horizontal construction - Structural Steel experience; welding, bolted connections, galvanization
- ODOT bridge and highway experience and/or certifications
There will be some overnight travel throughout OH, and potential for neighboring states, up to 25%.
We are looking for someone that would be willing to earn additional certifications in other forms of testing processes related to aggregate testing on the same projects to assist in other areas
Pay will be based on experience as well as certifications, and all details can be discussed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Successful completion of Background and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record in order to drive company vehicles
- Must have at least 4 years of applicable experience in addition to required certifications
