SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to be submitted.
Board Certified - REQUIRED
NY License - PREFERRED
BLS - REQUIRED
Must Have Epic EMR System Experience - REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice / background - PREFERED
Practice Description :
Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult
Percentage of the Practice : 15% Oncology, 85% Hematology
Will There be Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? no, no RT at this location
Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic / Office) : 13-15 office visits around 5-7 in infusion
Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call / Rounding) : 0-2
