Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care with empathy and compassion

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Active DEA licensure
- Chronic Pain Management experience (desired)
- Ability to work 18 PPD, Monday-Friday, 8-5
- Credentialing process takes 45-90 days
Credentials and Immunizations:
- Flu Vaccine
- TB Status/X-Ray Results
- MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Tdap Immunization (within the last 10 years)
- Covid-19 Vaccine Series and 1 Booster
