**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine physician to fill a locums position as Medical Director, Chief of Staff, and collaborating Physician for our PA and NP team. This role will require coverage of the ER, inpatient floor, and clinic, with an average of 3 ER patients seen per day and 2.7 inpatient census daily.
The ideal candidate will have experience in covering ERs, inpatient floors, and clinics, with proficiency in procedures such as intubating, suturing, lesion removal, and chest tubes. The EMR system used is Cerner.
**Requirements:**
- Board certification in Family Medicine or related specialty
- Experience in ER and inpatient floor coverage
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR system
**Schedule:**
The schedule will be 5 days per week every other week, with 3-4 days of call availability and 1-2 days of clinic work. The on-call provider is not required to stay on-site outside of clinic hours, but must be available within 30 minutes if requested.
