Requirements
- Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Tennessee medical licensure
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
