Submission Requirements
Board Certified Pediatrics Required
Active CO license - Highly Preferred
Active BLS - Required
Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
Must be available for any of the open dates in job description to be considered for ongoing dates - Required
Must disclose # of shifts per month provider can offer to the team ongoing - Required
