Documentation System / EMR : EPIC

Number of Exam Rooms : 4

Description of Support Staff : Interventional radiology technologists, RN, APP

Patient Age Demographic : 18

Procedures Required :

  • Angio
  • In-Room Supervision of Fluoro Exams

Interventional Procedures Required :

  • Angioplasty
  • Stent
  • Chemoembolization
  • Embolization
  • Needle Biopsy
  • Thrombolysis
  • UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)
  • Kyphoplasty

    • Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified Interventional Radiology - Required
  • NY State License(will accept those willing to obtain) - Required
  • BLS, ACLS- Required
