A day in the life
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing and high-impact team that is elevating the creative brand at Prologis as we expand our footprint and cultural relevance. You will play a lead role in advancing the Prologis branding system and elevate the visual aesthetic and creation of innovative industry-leading campaigns and collateral for a wide range of creative initiatives in Americas, including but not limited to print, web design, digital, video, motion graphics, infographics, sales enablement collateral.
Reporting to the Creative Lead, Americas Marketing and working with Americas Marketing team you will help provide oversight on the execution of the brand visual identity across all assets, internal and external. As a fit for this position, you are a prolific designer inspired by design trends and current best practices to create stunning visuals that support global business goals.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Bring a groundbreaking, future-focused creative mindset and work collaboratively with Marketing and Development teams to design collateral for Americas property marketing
- Assist with development and expansion of new global brand strategy and governance - codifying our visual and verbal identity and ensuring we are developing a clear channel and content strategy that is tailored to audience segments
- Deliver outstanding art direction to design team providing inspiration, mentorship and support, in photography, videography, typography, brand application, and digital design
- Maintain the highest level of design and brand consistency compliance developing assets across multiple channels : web, social, print, etc. and marketing collateral (maps, brochures, leasing signs etc.) for Americas property marketing and internal stakeholders, along with social media content and event collateral
- Contribute strong design work consistently that is distinctive and pushes the brand forward and design ambitiously with an expert command of composition, messaging hierarchy and balance
- Host a quarterly design training program for Regional Marketing Specialists
- Assist with editing and review processes, ensuring all creative content meets quality standards, aligns with SEO practices, and adheres to company guidelines prior to release.

Hiring Salary Range of : $109,000 - $146,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
