Prologis is seeking a Lease Processor to maximize their financial, accounting, and technology insight to process all Leases supporting the Global Operations team. You will join a fast-paced team and require high attention to detail. We are open to remote candidates for this position.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Enter new leases and amendments in Yardi. This includes, but is not limited to, base rent charges, other miscellaneous charges, recovery billings, recovery set-ups, security deposits, and options.
- Maintain lease data and reporting integrity in Yardi, make vital corrections requested by the Accounting team, the Regional Finance team, or RECX Managers.
- Understand and interpret different types of industrial leases such as triple net, modified gross and gross leases. Learn the standard Prologis Clear Lease.
- Review lease abstracts in Salesforce to ensure the accuracy of the lease terms as well as the reported financial metrics of the transaction and respond in a timely manner to the leasing team when corrections or more information is needed.
- Work closely with the Regional Finance team to provide reporting guidance to the leasing team on sophisticated transactions.
- Provide ad hoc training to the leasing team as vital and communicate any changes to the systems or process.
Required
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Acrobat, with an ability to readily learn internal, corporate computer platforms.
- Self-motivated with excellent quantitative, written and verbal communication skills.
- Committed to production of timely, high quality, and accurate work.
- Ability to support a multi-person team, focused, prioritizing, and meeting timelines.
- Standout colleague, eager to support all members of the Operations team.
- Strong initiative and focus on internal and external customer experience.
- Detail orientated with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experienced in Yardi, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce.
