Pay : 90,000-130,000K pending experience

Summary : Oversees and directs all production activities through the Production Supervisors, as a member of the Plant Manager’s staff, and coordinates interdepartmental activities with other department heads.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the back up to the Plant Manager.
- Plans department expense budget and the method of operation to remain within the budget and assures cost control and cost improvement projects.
- Supervises Production Supervisors.
- Approves departmental operating procedures.
- Monitors and controls labor and material variances.
- Provides leadership in maintaining safety, quality and efficiency throughout the department.
- Determine proper utilization of workforce based on production demands.
- Conducts daily production meetings and communicates with all departments to direct support group activities.
- Monitors production and labor efficiencies to ensure that Company standards are met and maintains proper production practices.
- Trains and develops production personnel.
- Controls all raw materials and finished goods within the production area.
- Suggest actions for continual improvement to products, processes or systems and very the implementation of solutions.
