CL&D has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor, in Oconomowoc, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a high-performing customer service team.
- Support customer accounts with issue resolution and exceptional service.
- Oversee order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and improve service metrics like response times and satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries on pricing, quality, and technical concerns.
- Assist with product launches and design changes.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct training, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Ensure high-quality team output and professional development.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Services, Operations, and department managers.
- Analyze and report on customer service performance and account trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years in customer service and leadership, ideally in manufacturing or printing.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze order data and communicate financial and operational insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
