JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing controls panels and other electrical systems that drive thermoforming and packaging equipment. Prepare technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems. Design, review and issue required electrical schematics that detail power supply, Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and accompanying Human Machine Interface (HMI) screen logic. Limited travel of no more than twice per year to customers in the U.S., Mexico, or Dominican Republic.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Must have 3 years working as a Controls Engineer, Electrical Engineer or related.
- Must have 3 years designing, developing and deploying industrial automation and control solutions.
- Must have 3 years leading and coordinating engineering teams for automation solutions development.
- Must have 3 years designing/developing start up automation solutions based on Rockwell Automation Platform.
- Must have 3 years developing electrical diagrams using CAD software (AutoCad or EPLAN).
- Must have 3 years experience in multi-axis coordinated motion control (electronic gearing/camming) in Rockwell Automation platform.
