PROMAN is seeking a dedicated and skilled Batching Technician Lead to join our dynamic team in the food industry. Batching Technician Lead Duties :
- Operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Sanitate all brewing and storage equipment to comply with HACCP and CGMP standards.
- Assist in the fabrication of parts and components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Utilize forklift equipment for the safe movement of materials within the warehouse.
- Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance logs.
