PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of packaging solutions in Ottawa, IL. We are now hiring Machine Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Machine Operator Job Summary

  • Hourly wage : $18-$19 per hour (Based on experience)
  • Shifts : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
  • Bonus details : Attendance bonus, Sign-on bonus (if applicable)
  • Operate and maintain machinery used in the production process
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure efficiency
  • Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and consistency

Machine Operator Qualifications

  • Education requirements : High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience requirements : Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing is preferred
  • Physical requirements : Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
