Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities in Mokena, IL. We are now hiring Inventory Management Specialists who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Inventory Management Specialist Job Summary

Hourly wage : $18-$20 per hour
Shifts : Full-time, Day shift 8 : 00AM-5 : 30PM
Manage inventory records and ensure product accuracy
Perform stock checks, receiving, and shipping duties
Maintain safety protocols and warehouse equipment usage

Inventory Management Specialist Qualifications

Education requirements : High school diploma or equivalent

Experience requirements : Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred

Physical requirements : Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. (approximately 23 kg)

Client Expectations

Strictly follow the company’s inventory management policies, operational procedures, and product storage standards

Proactively address stock issues, shortages, or discrepancies

Be responsible for inventory accuracy and completeness of records
