PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer and global supplier of specialty fasteners, adhesives, tools, and related products for commercial and residential construction applications.
We are now hiring a Packing Operator who is a team player, versatile, and dependable!
Packing Operator Job Summary
- 7am-3:30pm
- $19.50 per hour
- Safe machine operating processes
- Hand packing techniques and effective lean manufacturing principles to pack our product
- This position routinely operates automated- and semi–automated machines to pack parts
- The Packing Operator also may hand pack at times as product needs demand.
- Packing Operator must be a team player and committed to delivering the best quality to our customers!
Packing Operator Job Qualifications:
· High school diploma OR GED required.
· Ability to interpret safety instructions, job orders, quality specifications, and other related documents.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong math and mechanical reasoning skills.
· Ability to contribute as part of a team.
· Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
· Good close vision and depth perception skills.
· Positive attitude, good judgment and excellent time management skills.
· Strong sense of responsibility and ownership!
