PROMAN is recruiting for a PART TIME Appointment Scheduling Specialist.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of managing and scheduling appointments for potential customers who have expressed interest in a product demonstration. There is absolutely no cold calling.
Qualified candidates should have excellent phone etiquette, and superior customer service skills. Candidate should have a keen eye for detail, and strong organizational skills.
No experience required, but a proven history in appointment scheduling, administrative or customer service roles is a plus.
Position is Tuesday and Thursday 2:00PM-6:00PM and Wednesdays 2:00PM-6:00PM for a total of 14 hours a week.
Position pays $15.00/hr and is temp-to-hire.
