Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Job Description.
We are looking for laborers who can learn the skill of repairing and fixing conveyors and conveyor belts.
Qualified candidates will be gone roughly 75% of the time and should have a flexible schedule. There may be durations of time where you are not home, and durations of time where you are.
You must consider yourself knowledgeable in basic math skills, be able to lift 65 pounds regularly, pass a drug test, have a clean driving record with current driver’s license, and pass a DOT physical and background check.
Duties:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on industrial equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and analyze equipment malfunctions to determine the root cause
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and adjustments
- Conduct field service visits to customer sites for equipment installation and maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Perform low voltage electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting
- Utilize stick welding techniques for equipment repairs
