PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Etex Exteriors is the division responsible for driving profitable growth as a leader in high density fiber cement building materials. EQUITONE is a through-colored façade material designed by and for architects offering unparalleled design opportunities. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, delivering, and evaluating results of large marketing projects in collaboration with team members including product launches, new workflow systems, national and regional events, Marketing Automation campaigns, and managing 3rd party vendors or assets. This multifaceted role requires a blend of strategic Marketing thinking, project management prowess, attention to detail, and a knack for optimizing systems to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
As project champion, plan, execute, and deliver successfully by shepherding and tracking team members from different company departments for large Marketing projects including product launches and new systems launches (such as PIM or DAM) as assigned by the Marketing Manager.Manage, coordinate, and implement national and important regional events such as trade shows, conferences, and company events. Work with Sales and Marketing to design an effective event with customer follow up and measurement. Report on ROI effectiveness of events.Create materials for and support any Sales local events that are needed.Manage and keep updated any 3rd party website that Equitone may work with to make our information available to the market such as Canto, Deltek / Masterspec, BSD, 4specs.com, Arcat, AECDaily, Architectural Record site, etc.Develop and implement Marketing Automation process and system to email potential and existing GDPR compliant customers. Once developed, create, approve and implement a calendar supporting marketing plans. Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist for programs content. Report on analytics of the approach including leads. Learn and understand the requirements of GDPR.Create and maintain personas for inside and outside agencies. Include architect types, consultants, specifiers, contractors / installers, general contractors, homeowners, and homebuilders. Make available to Marketing and outside vendors when needed.Clean up and maintain Showpad content to keep up to date.Manage the appropriate swag needed for Marketing purposes.Administrative duties as needed for the office such as managing purchasing paperwork.Other duties as needed and assigned.EDUCATION
Four-year Marketing undergraduate degree from an accredited university.REQUIRED SKILLS
2 – 3 years of marketing, advertising or design experience required.Strategic project mindset with a strong attention to details.Strong decision-making skills; the candidate will be tasked with researching and finding his / her own conclusions in some situations.A strong desire to provide exceptional service in a B2B roleStrong written and oral communication skills when dealing with professionals as well as individuals from other cultures / countries.An organized, detail-oriented, and yet creative mindset.MS Office (including Excel and Powerpoint) experience is a must.Some architectural, building, or design knowledge is considered a plus.Event or exhibition experience is a strong plus.
