Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Activity Planning: Help the Activities Director in developing and implementing a variety of recreational activities tailored to residents' interests, abilities, and needs.
Facilitate Activities: Lead and participate in group activities such as arts and crafts, games, music sessions, exercise classes, and themed events.
Encourage Resident Participation: Motivate residents to join in activities, ensuring they feel included and comfortable.
One-on-One Engagement: Provide individualized attention to residents who may have physical or cognitive limitations, offering personal activities to ensure engagement.
Maintain Resident Records: Document participation and provide feedback on residents' reactions to activities for progress tracking and care planning.
Promote Socialization: Foster an environment of companionship and support by encouraging social interaction among residents and between staff and residents.
Set-Up & Clean-Up: Assist with the setup and takedown of activity materials, ensuring the activity space is safe and clean.

Qualifications:
