Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at [Facility Name]. The CNA will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility, assisting residents with daily living activities while promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Help with mobility, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting residents in and out of beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional needs, providing comfort and reassurance as necessary.
• Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature.
• Document and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding and nutrition, ensuring that residents receive their meals and any required supplements.
• Provide routine care such as changing bed linens, assisting with personal hygiene, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Assist with the proper use of medical equipment, including oxygen therapy, wound care, and any specialized devices.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
• Ensure all care is delivered in compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and facility procedures.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations as needed.
• Promote and maintain residents’ independence and dignity through respectful, empathetic care.
