Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of a designated nursing unit within our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Key Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nurses, nursing assistants, and support staff.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and coordinate with human resources to manage shifts, absences, and employee performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team development and improve patient care.
Clinical Care Delivery:
- Oversee the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
