What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Practice Provider - NP or PA - EP Cardiology - Toledo position at ProMedica?
ProMedica Physician Cardiology (PPC), a well-established and highly respected cardiology group with over 25 years of serving the region, is currently recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team of experts. PPC offers a full spectrum of cardiac services and is composed of over 35 Cardiologists and over 20 Advanced Practice Providers.
Highlights:
- Work with a collaborative and collegial team of professionals; will join a group of 6 EP Physicians and 3 APPs
- Approximately 1 week/month will be dedicated to inpatient EP service at Toledo Hospital; rest of time will be spent in outpatient clinic
- Some satellite clinic coverage
- Opportunity to participate in Toledo Hospital 24/7 call coverage.
- Weekend and holiday call are required, 5-6 weekends per year, but shared and rotated among all APP staff and compensated accordingly on top of salary.
- Average of 16 patient visits per day.
- Large referral area encompassing 27 counties throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.

Job Requirements:
- Certificate of Authority to practice.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.
- Licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio
- Master of Nursing (MSN) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
- Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
