Job Requirements:
ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Advance Practice Provider (APP) to join their Primary Care practice in Clyde, OH.

Job Requirements:
- Certificate of Authority to practice.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.
Physician Assistant:
- Master’s degree
- Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio
- Certificate of Authority to practice is required.
Nurse Practitioner:
- Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree
- Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio.
