Springhouse Pikesville is hiring a Business Office Manager
As the Business Office Manager, you will direct the overall Business Office activities with a strong focus on human resources and including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reception in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as directed by the Executive Director, to assure the proper administrative procedures are maintained.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5 years of related work experience preferred
Skills: Excellent PC skills with spreadsheet and work processing experience; Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; Basic Accounting skills: the ability to analyze financial reports and a demonstrated accuracy with numbers; Work is performed at workstation’ ability to move from workstation to workstation is essential, plus the ability to travel throughout the property to obtain information, materials and signatures; Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills; Strong attention to detail
