**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist physicians and nursing staff with examinations, procedures, and other processes related to direct patient care
• Obtain patient data, including vital signs, height, weight, and I and O measurements, and document on the daily nursing assessment sheet or communicate results to the assigned RN
• Perform communication and coordination duties related to scheduling procedures, along with coordinating admission, discharge, transfer, and death
• Prepare and maintain patient records according to standards/policy
Required Qualifications:
* High school graduate or equivalent
* EMT Specialist or 2nd year nursing student or CNA
* Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
* Must have excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
