The Department of Radiation Oncology at the ProMedica Cancer Institute has a long history of providing exceptional patient care at multiple community locations within Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Our physicians have been providing care at this location for over 30 years. The Institute is ACR accredited and offers full radiation oncology services.
The available full-time position will be at one of our community practices, located in Fremont, Ohio. ProMedica Memorial Hospital has served the citizens of Sandusky County and the adjacent communities since 1918. In fact, our hospital was built with funds raised by members of our community on land donated by the family of former United States President, Rutherford B. Hayes. Just over an hour from Cleveland and just 40 minutes from Perrysburg, Ohio, where our other community practice resides. Sylvania / Perrysburg / Ottawa Hills schools are highly ranked. Fremont is a small welcoming and strong community, currently a smaller volume practice (with lots of potential for growth), which would be excellent for an experienced radiation oncologist looking for autonomy at a single site with involvement / collaboration with a larger group.
