Location: Primarily Montebello, with occasional shifts in Whittier

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Floral Assistant & Sales Support team member to join our flower shop family! This role is perfect for someone who loves flowers, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phone calls and take orders accurately
• Support the lead floral designer with flower prep and light bouquet-making
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop
• Assist with inventory processing, restocking, and general shop upkeep
• Occasionally help with deliveries or curbside pickups if needed
  
  

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
• Willingness to learn floral techniques and assist with design work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be available to work during our business hours: Monday–Sunday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (rotating schedule)
• Willingness to work at either our Montebello or Whittier location as needed
