Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assess and Evaluate Patients: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement Treatment Plans: Use evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, to help patients recover and improve mobility.
- Monitor Progress: Track patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate and Advocate: Provide patients with information on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure all practices adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
