Program Analyst (Mid-Level) Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a public-sector management consulting firm serving federal health and social services agencies is seeking a Program Analyst to support a federal contract. Experience with or interest in Veteran’s Health Administration is a plus. The selected individual will be an integral part of a multi-organizational team tasked with supporting healthcare transformation within a government agency. Innovative support will be necessary across several areas, including : Program and Project Management and Integration, Improvement and Change Management, Data and Analyses, Training, Strategic Communications and Implementation, Supply Chain, Financial Management Modernization, and Policy Support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Support the company in tasks requiring program planning, audits, and evaluations related to various healthcare programs and projects Tasks may include supporting program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, event planning, Congressional Affairs, metrics, Financial Management systems and risk management Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree 3 years of related experience Strong analytical skills with ability to identify alternatives Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
