- Minimum of 10 years' experience as technical business analyst
- Banking Domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Alternative Investments.
- Hands on experience in workflow tools like Camunda or any BPMN
- Excellent communication skills toward facilitating the use of a new software system
- Strong data-gathering and analysis skills
- Strong technical understanding of business analysis frameworks and business processes
- Proven ability to integrate into a team and build relationships with senior leaders and managers
