ServiceNow Developer
Plano, TX( Locals only/ Onsite role)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), workflows, and JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITAM and ITOM.
- Design and implement complex workflows to automate business processes.
- Utilize JavaScript to develop and enhance ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform integrations with third-party systems, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure (nice-to-have).
- Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure best practices and security compliance within the ServiceNow environment.
- 6 years of overall IT experience with a focus on ServiceNow development.
- Expertise in ITAM, ITOM, workflows, and JavaScript within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and automation.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, etc.).
