Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to determine their health status and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions.
- Provide education and support to families regarding health management, medication administration, and care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Assist in emergency situations by utilizing knowledge of emergency medicine protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Engage in health coaching to promote wellness and preventive care among pediatric patients.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) for effective patient care.
Skills
- Proficient understanding of medical terminology related to pediatrics.
- Experience in pediatric nursing, including toddler care and acute care settings.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols specific to pediatric patients.
- Familiarity with emergency medicine practices within a pediatric context.
- Ability to provide health coaching tailored to the needs of children and their families.
- Understanding of aliment-related issues affecting pediatric populations.
- Experience with esthetic laser treatment is a plus but not required.
