The Physical Therapist Home Health - Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all staff, responsible for interviewing and training employees, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems within his or her discipline and ensures appropriate staffing/scheduling when assigned.
Other duties include:
- Provides guidance to and monitors the performance of physical therapy staff.
- Monitors progress and reviews with other medical staff.
- Ensures physical therapy staff follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures.
- May perform training demonstrations for physical therapists and assistants.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Needs to have a CT PT license
- Managerial experience highly preferred
- Home Health experience highly preferred
- ½ their time is in office and ½ in field treating
Salary : $120,000
