Comply to Connect (C2C) Engineer

PGS is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative C2C Engineer to help facilitate and drive the successful design, development and implementation of a key security project

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments.
• Provide high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that necessitate high-level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
• Participate as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, modeling, simulation, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases.
• Provide on-site and off-site Comply to Connect (CISCO ISE, 802.1x, Forescout) professional services to customers including, product deployment, configuration, health checks, optimization, training, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with implementation capacity and network designs.
• Coordinate pre-installation calls and provide written post-deployment summaries.
• Contribute to the development of, and implement, best practices and training material.
• Collaborate with government representatives regarding deployment techniques, feature requests, and product issues.
• Experience installing, managing, and supporting production network and computer security systems comprised of multiple network hardware and software.
• High-level knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems
• Knowledge of security standards, procedures and technologies
• Network administrator experience and network security experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills for audiences of varying levels of technical understanding.
• Experience in DoD networks and processes.

·        Secret Clearance

Qualifications: 

·        Bachelors Degree with eight (8) years of experience

·        Candidate must have strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate and multitask.

·        Technical experience with infrastructure

·        Deep understanding of Zero Trust, CISCO ISE, and Forescout products and in-depth knowledge of environments in                 which they are deployed.

·        Candidate must have experience working with DoD

·        Extensive experience with enterprise desktop computing environments, distributed applications, and strong

         knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP networks.

·        Advance Systems Administrator's level of knowledge and understanding of all protocol layers and operating systems:

         Linux, Windows, and Mac OS (Operating Systems).

·        End User Compute experience with Forescout to complement our team's network experience.

·        Advanced knowledge and understanding of 802.1x.

·       Certifications

• DoD IAT level II certification
• Additional Certification requirement: Forescout Certified Administrator (FSCA) or Forescout Certified Engineer (FSCE) Certification

LOCATION: 

·        Hybrid- Onsite 2-3 days per week (Fort Meade, MD)
