If so, Promise Center for Autism is hiring for an immediate BCBA position. Applicants must be available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, direct supervision of RBTs, conducting plan modifications, completing assessments and treatment plans, efficient communication with parents and staff, etc.
MUST BE A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) TO QUALIFY.

Qualifications:
● Board Certified Behavior Analysis certification
● State Licensure as a Behavior Analyst (Texas)
● Reliability - must be able to work 8:30-5:00 or consistent agreed upon availability (1:00-5:00 Monday-Friday required) as well as be on time.
● Must be able to uphold PCA’s Core Values: Compassion, Quality, Connection, Service
● Must be able to communicate to parents (training provided)
● Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
● Must be able to be active with kids during sessions (lifting, running, etc.)
● Must have CPR/BLS certification or be able to obtain it
● Communication - must be able to communicate using different modes of communication: chats app, text, call, email, etc.
Salary : $77,000 - $82,000
