About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a licensed oral health professional, you will provide educational, preventative, and clinical therapeutic services to adults.
Responsibilities:
- Assess dental condition and needs of patients through screenings
- Perform dental prophylaxis, topical fluoride application, sealants, radiographs, and patient education
- Accurately document patient health history, including allergies and current medications
- Perform periodontal scaling and root planning on patients diagnosed with periodontal disease
- Provide patient education and documentation in clinical notes
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Previous dental experience desired but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish or French) language skills preferred but not required
