Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a School-Based Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting health care and wellness to students, staff, and family members at one of our School-Based Health Clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care across the lifespan
- Collaborate with school staff to promote health and wellness initiatives
- Support day-to-day clinic operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MSN or higher degree and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current licensure to practice in the State of Illinois or eligibility for licensure
- DEA required
