The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, particularly those with substance use disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy sessions, and facilitate case consultations. Your expertise in crisis intervention and conflict resolution will be essential in ensuring the delivery of quality care in high-pressure situations.
To excel in this position, you must have excellent clinical skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and a valid professional license are required. Bilingual candidates with proficiency in Spanish are encouraged to apply.
