JOB SUMMARY
The Driver facilitates clients' transportation to and from necessary appointments at one of Promises Behavioral Health Residential Program Facilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transports clients per supervisor's directives (for court, ancillary services, etc.)
- Follows emergency procedures exactly to secure safety and welfare of clients.
- Notifies appropriate Clinical staff member or Executive Director of any client behavior that could create a risk to the clients' wellbeing or treatment success.
- Completes and submits are necessary forms and documentation.
- Serves as back-up for residential assistances as needed.
- Assists with set-up and take-down for all special events and functions.
- Pick up mail daily.
- Provides tours for aftercare on weekend.
- Transports clients to special meetings when needed.
- Schedule includes being available during on-call schedule.
