Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Director located in Worcester, MA. The Clinical Director will oversee and manage the clinical programs, provide clinical supervision to staff, ensure adherence to evidence-based treatment, and coordinate with other departments to deliver comprehensive care. Day-to-day tasks include supervising clinical staff, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Clinical Supervision, Medicine, and Behavioral Health
- Experience in Mental Health and Psychology
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Master's degree in a related field (such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling)
- Licensure as a clinical professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
