Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Therapist located in Nashville, TN. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for providing clinical care to clients, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, the Primary Therapist will participate in case management and treatment coordination.
Qualifications
- Clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapy skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in treating addiction, mental health disorders, and dual diagnosis
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- GA licensure as an LPC or LMSW required.
